Windows 10: Why is the verification code not showing up in my email?

So when I turn on my desktop computer, it says my login pin got removed and that it will send a code to my email to reset it. I go forward with the process to have the verification code sent to my email but nothing comes through. I've checked both of the emails that I have connected to my account as well as both of the spam folders and there's nothing. I've logged into my account elsewhere to look at my security and see if there is anything I can do but I've found nothing that helps.
