Windows 10: Why is Task Manager not showing my network usage?

My Task Manager won't show my network usage. I've tried everything recommended and suggested under the sun that's available online and from YouTube tutorials. Nothing I tried has helped to fix this issue. Please help.

Apparent contradiction in Task Manager Network usage

I'm just curious. This is not a problem. I occasionally notice an apparent contradiction in Task Manager Network usage. It will show total network usage at greater than 20 percent while showing that every process shown is using zero Mbps. Is this a bug in Task Manger? Is something not listed using bandwidth? This is not an update issue. The numbers may change but the obvious contradiction can last for longer than five minutes.

Hello,

My task manager is showing 0 Mbps network usage per process (In process tab) despite it saying 2% used for example.

Resource monitor shows networks usage as well as the Performance tab on task manager.

Can someone please help fix this?
