Windows 10: Why is my windows hello not working?

I got my computer about a year ago. It is a lenovo and updated to windows 11. I stopped using it in college but started using it about 6 months later 2/3 months ago now. I started using it and updating everything but now the facial scanner and fingerprint isn't working. I found another question on here about it and tried those methods but none of them worked. I tried uninstalling the driver and updating the installer. Thanks for the help!

My hello sign in stopped working.

• Are you pertaining on Windows Hello sign-in? If yes, does it mean that the facial recognition is not working?
• Is there an error message displayed when using Windows Hello?

Meanwhile, it is better to check the status of Windows Hello sign-in option in your computer. To check the Windows Hello status, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings
  icon.
• Choose Accounts from the list.
• Select Sign-in options in the left pane of the window.
