Windows 10: Why is my mother's Computer's Screen split in to three sections? there are 2 horizontal...

There are 2 horizontal lines cutting it and the lower it gets the more blurry/white it is

How do I fix my screen back to original from multiple
horizontal splits. It's split partially at the top and in the middle and no taskbar.

 

How to fx a horizontally split Win 10 Laptop screen?

Wife's laptop screen just split into 2 horizontal sections; 1/2 windows or desktop screen (their top half) on the bottom; a greyed screen w/ a few icons (that work) on top.Don't know how it happened - just bringing up Gmail.

Have read 13 pages of probs. and ans. this subject thread and tried some suggestions without fixing it.

Been to Multitasking, turned off Snap (never heard of, never used), restarted. Tried turning iPad mode on/off. Still no luck.

Is this problem fixable? Where else can I post this prob. where it might be seen? Thanks for reading

 

Horizontal Split Screen

We know that splitting your screen in Windows is fairly easy with multiple was to do so however, is there a way to split them horizontally instead of vertically? Just two windows one on top of the other. The side by side doesn't show enough of the information on the pages in one line. Some tables done resize when the windows are in that formation, and I find myself needing the information at the end of the table. Any ideas on how to do this natively?
