Windows 10: Why is my computer asking for a BitLocker code even though I never set up BitLocker and...

I bought a new Dell laptop with Windows 11. Installed my software and then did not use it for a few days. Now it is asking for a BitLocker code even though I never set up BitLocker and never connected the new device to my Microsoft account. Any way to get around this without wiping everything and starting over? Very frustrating...

bitlocker code

Hello,

1.)once I open and turn on my laptop it directly takes me to a blue screen asking for the bit locker code

2.) I never even knew what a bit locker code was until that day, I never set up any code on my laptop

3.) when I sign in, it says that there is no available code and that is weird because is set up my laptop with that email/account
