Windows 10: Why is an "Event ID: 28" Error being caused by Enabling IOMMU in BIOS?

The error in question is "Error setting traits on Provider {77811378-e885-4ac2-a580-bc86e4f1bc93}. Error: 0xC0000005". As mentioned in the title, the error is only caused by enabling IOMMU in BIOS settings Motherboard is Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX. However, I would prefer that IOMMU is left On as without it, Kernel DMA Protection will be turned Off as well as Memory integrity HVCI in the Core Isolation settings.I've tried all the customary solutions, including:1 sfc /scannow2 DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth3 winmgmt /resetrepository4 Clea

MSI 890XFA-D65 and D70 D65 requires custom bios from biso mods.

 

Windows 10 SandBox IOMMU Issue

Does Windows Sandbox 1903 support IOMMU ?
Even when I have IOMMU enabled in bios and it detected in System Devices with newest AMD Driver installed it says the device is not working because it doesn't have resources . but no Question mark or anything , just normal.

I am getting this in Event Viewer when opening Sandbox

2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
