Why is 25.8 GB of my storage taken up by the system?

Okay I got my HP Stream windows laptop back in 2019 for school. 16 GB are being used up in system and reserved. I want to get rid of whatever is taking up this much storage as I can’t download anything. I have an external 2 GB SD card inserted and that’s already taken up with whatever it has on it I have no clue. Again a pre downloaded hog wash. I don’t use 95% of the apps on here I wish I could remove. I basically use discord and google chrome that’s it. My temporary files won’t delete this “temporary internet files” idek what that means and it’s aggravating. No one I know knows how to fix th

Windows 10 storage 8 gb of "Other"

After reverting to a stable build of Windows 10, I decided to remove some temporary files.

After doing that, I find that the OS drive still takes more space than I remember it being before I installed a Windows Insider preview.

When looking at "storage", I find that there was 8.52 gb of "Other".

When looking at other, none of the folder sizes add up to 8 gb. How do I find what's taking 8 gbs of my storage?

Minimums: Conroe, dual-graphics cards, physics accelorator, 320GB storage, 4GB RAM, liquid cooling.
Please list your component suggestions here (list links only if you want to):
