  1. Why i lose packets ICMP?


    I loss 0.3% packet ICMP each minute during the morning and during the week during the month of march. In the network exist 50 device connected to WIFI and 50 device PC desktop, Laptop, Printer, Server connected to the network LAN. In addition we use Wifi-Repeater. The PC desktop use Processor one part 4th-7th generation, the most recent use 10th generation of processor principally Laptop Lenovo. One part of devices use the band 2.4GHz and another part of devices use the band 5GHz. I call to the ISP and said me what is problem of Bandwidth. I have 40Mbps hired with the ISP, my ISP is Yota Nic

    Yes, because ICMP packets are just that, a hacker needs a system in place, that can interpret sent data.

    ICMP attacks for me! help!

    use some tool like "wireshark" to catch the ICMP flood attack by pattern (usually it is mainly same type / size),
    match it and drop that packets directly on router via iptables rules set .....
