Windows 10: Why doesn't the Epic Games launcher start?

This morning I installed the Epic games launcher after having formatted the computer and reinstalled Windows, then when I installed the Launcher everything was fine but when I opened it I got this error 0xc000007b I contacted epic games support and they told me that It was a Windows problem and I should contact Microsoft support, so what should I do? Help please?
