Windows 10: Why doesnt my MS wallet work?

I have saved passwords and log in details to Wallet but it doesn't work with websites when i open them even if i open from wallet. I have done everything recommended.

Microsoft Pay (Wallet)

My credit cards are already listed as Microsoft payment options (ie. for apps, subscriptions, products, etc). And both cards were automatically populated in Microsoft Wallet when I was given a choice of what cards I wanted to add.

Everything looks normal but MS Wallet never completes the authorization process. Just continues to list "Authorization in Progress."

 

Unknown Microsoft Wallets?

Been researching this lightly for the last few weeks. Still have not found the exact cause or how to remove the wallets. Still open to suggestions.
