Windows 10: Why does windows 10 keep forgetting my Blackwire headset?

I use a Poly Blackwire 3300 USB headset for my work computer a Thinkpad laptop, Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U, but every few days the headset will just stop working. I log on in the morning like usual but all sound will be coming directly from the laptop, not the headphones. I unplug the headset from the docking station and plug it back in, but nothing happens. I try plugging it into the laptop USB, but nothing happens. When I go to the Device Manager, the Poly Blackwire isn't listed at all, like the PC won't recognize the headset, even though it was working fine the previous day. Whenev

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set.
