    Trying to install RClient.exe and will not continue and ask for "https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=2082704&clcid=1033" and stops the installation there do I need anything else and can I download the required files my self

    Windows 10 interrupts my internet access with new window: MSN

    I'm on an HP Pavilion Slimline running Windows 10. Windows 10 interrupts my internet access with a new window to this url: MSN

    It does this every 20-30 minutes. Annoying! The interruption looses work. I have to shut all windows. Internet access takes several minutes to reconnect.
