Windows 10: Why does my pc keep randomly freezing?

This has been going on for around 4+ months by now I got my pc about a year ago and it was fine at first but until pretty recently I have been experiencing lots of freezes with my whole computer and some apps like discord Roblox Opera and Epic Games Launcher. About 3 weeks ago I tried shutting my pc off and turning off the power and it worked for like a week and now I'm back with the same problem and turning the power off no longer works. I've also known a huge fps drop I used to run games like Fortnite on high settings at around 200 fps and now I can run it at 200 fps with low settings the f

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
