Windows 10: Why does my computer bluescreen when i try and update it?

My windows 10 computer is telling me that i can update it but evey time i try it blue screens with a stop code 0xc000021a and after the blue screen goes away it trys automatic repair and after that fails it says its undoing changes and then it boots to windows. I've tried to update my computer multiple times but every time i try it does the same exact thing. Not sure if this info is necessary but i have a ryzen 7 5800x nvidia rtx 3070 ti, Thank you

Bluescreen during browsing webpage

there is auto windows update for 2018-10 cumulative update for windows 10, and kaspersky internet security auto updated to 19 version, few day later after update it give bluescreen of KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED when
browsing internet webpage. Then I try to update the Realtek network card driver, but it did not solve the problem and
now new bluescreen message is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I had tried the troubleshooting steps but it still the same thing happen when I browse webpage.
