Windows 10: Why does Microsoft hire idiots?

I have been on the phone for more than half of each day only to have your employees hang up after I repeated everything I said multiple times and the hold times were over 30 minutes because they were not qualified to even answer phone calls. Why or Who thought making customers try to deal with that could not beunderstood was a good idea? I asked for almost evey word to be repeated, because I could make out more than one or two words!! It's a waste of our time. I kept saying, "I'm sorry, you talk so fast I can't undertand what you say"! Most would to to be iunderstood BUT there as a lot of

I think most of the I talked to were in the Philippines or India. Here are the names that were provided from some of your more professional employe and it took serveral respells: Rica, Akintunde, Junard (tried very hard), Oluchipre, Mayokul, Kayara, Shinuoa, Aletghis, Singh, Vin, Angelia, Jne, Gordon, Carl, Phillip, Maruela, Timi, and a Supervisor today named Ismial, who said he would call me back in 15 minuties. That was 90 minutes ago, and you will surprised to know he didn't call me back. I said, " you're not going to call are you"? He didn't answer and hung up anyway.

Microsoft needs to hand Ismail in the Philippines his Pink Slip, then FIRE him. The few who atleast acted like they were helping had me going in and out of the Microsoft setting multiple times. For example: open settings, go to Updates and Security now open Applications, or view latest update history, or go software, then the next place wasn't listed be following their suggestions, closed settings, now open settings again and look for Notifications in the apps. Nothing wanted was ever where was ever where it was supposed to be to be. Is this what Microsoft considers Customer Service, because it isn't.

Microsoft needs to look into Morgan & Morgan Attorney at law, over 1000 attorneys that only represent Class Action Lawsuits. After they take their fees they have collected 3.8 Billion dollars for their clients. They make sure the public is informed about the suits they file and they make it extremely easy to be added to the suit.

Again, is this really something Microsoft want to take a chance on? It did not work well for Microsoft with the EU courts created The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a Global law that established protections for privacy and security of personal data of individual citizens. That final judgment was handed down and became effective on May 25, 2018. Individual States here are using the GDPR to create laws that will protect US citizens in specific, individual States because the Federal Government hasn't stepped up yet.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Why are inept engineers hired for WINDIWS ?

1. NO option to restart in Safe Mode at Login Screen

- it is possible for the system to enter desktop after LOGIN and reset the failed login counter then crashing preventing fixing. Solution=Hire smart engineers

2. Recommend Drivers that will crash your system

- TEST DRIVER suggestions with numerous systems. Solution=Hire smart engineers

3. Restore POINT will NOT revert all changes of UPDATES. WINDOWS prevent installing pervious working DRIVERS. Solution=Hire smart engineers

Window is the WORSE PRODUCT I EVER USED. In all cases the solution is to hire smart engineer as Quality Control Director. Why is GOOGLE able to hire NON INEPT engineers and WINDOWS is NOT ? Why is this a problem ?
