Windows 10: why does Microsoft continue to break perfectly good equipment...time to switch to...

seriously, can't turn touchpad off anymore since last update on windows 11....way to go!last staw and no sense trying to help, if you have to be a software and hardware engineer to simply turn off one function, I think it is time to look at the alternatives, after all these years, one thing after another and a steady down hill slide...finally rock bottom. I look forward to seeing the rest of you down here in the very near future!

Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

why did microsoft break my perfectly working windows media drive?

I'm so utterly disgusted & disappointed with Microsoft as things with these horrible Windows 10 Updates only continue to get worse as time goes by & not better as updates are supposed to improve the security & or glitches, but Microsoft's Updates continue to get progressively worse as they are now damaging files, drivers etc. & deleting production of simple tasks as I was once able to do. My printing privileges got denied due to this past summer's horrible, corruptive update & now My dvd drive has been deleted somehow as it cant read mp3 files anymore. Now , I'm faced with having to lose more valuable time as I have to follow Microsoft's instructions how to fix my drives broken & figure how to replace my windows media player Microsoft has deleted & lose time figuring out how to get my laptop reading my damn DVDs as it did flawlessly b4 Microsoft's ridiculous damaging Update!!!!!How does Microsoft manage to break or corrupt my drives & erase the capability of reading mp3 files disgustingly!!!!Along with all the other headaches I have been forced to deal with upon these corruptive & malicious updates!!!!Why is Microsoft making us go backwards in Technoloy & breaking perfectly working tasks on our PCs with their damaging Updates?
