Windows 10: Why does it say my Artist 22R pro is not connected even though I have everything plugged in?

I got this back in December of 2024; it has worked perfectly up until now. I don't know why exactly it stopped working, but my best guess was something happened when I unplugged it from the wall 2 days ago.The pen will not work on the screen, nor will the buttons, I can't draw or click anything with the stylus, and its only displaying the screen on my computer. I've went through and unplugged and plugged everything back in, I've re-downloaded the newest drivers, I've reset my computer and checkedfor updates, I've even just left it for a day. Song Titles, Artist, Album names in burned Playlist

I have an extensive music collection, but most listening is to playlists. I have tried to follow all hints, suggestions, and directions found (even purchased Uniconverter). Unfortunately, I have never been able to produce a Cd which will play on a car audio system and display song names, artist, etc. on the player screen. Can someone please outline a step by step procedure for either beginning with an existing playlist, or creating one, then continuing through all of the steps necessary to produce a playable Cd with track and artist info displayed.

Groove Music - alphabetical sorting by artist

Each and every step was followed. Groove Music still shows that artist beginning with J under C. Other suggestions?

 

While phone is connected, I delete 1 song by an artist and ALL songs of that artist get deleted from the phone..

When connected, Zune, Click on Phone / Music / Songs / Right Click song in the righthand song list - Delete from Dell Venue Pro, All songs by that artist are removed!



From the phone, I can delete individual songs without this problem.

I had not noticed this before but today, I did install the 2nd update.
