Windows 10: Why does fivem and other games crash my PC BSOD

So I have been playing fivem for the last 2 years or so but very recently I have been playing and the blue screen of death comes either instantly or when I try to sit in a car but it comes. I have no Idea why it happens.I have an Nvidia 1070 RTX

yesterday night i was able to play fivem, ive been recently getting alot of crashes but mostly this one about KERNELBASE.DLL, im am not even able to enter a server without getting a crash now,
