Windows 10: Why does everything I download or do ask to make changes to my device?

whenever I download something or try to access a certain file, a window pops up asking if this app would like to make changes to my device. When I try putting in my password/fingerprint, a message pops up saying "The requested operation requires elevation". Further, my account stopped being an administrator and I don't know how to change it back. This is annoying because I have tried many times to fix both problems myself, but to access everything it asks me if it would like to make changes to my device or that I need to be an administrator to make changes. I would very much appreciate if some

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
