    Why does Brother Control Center 4 open as a blank window?


    I have a Brother Business Smart Pro Series MFC-J6920DW.I'm using Win10.In the past couple years or so, I have had the problem of Borther's Control Center 4 opening as a blank box. I have looked on Brother's site for info and tried to follow their suggestions: https://support.brother.com/g/b/faqend.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=mfcj6510dw_all&faqid=faq00003061_000.They say to download and install CC4 Upload Tool. Well, . . . that doesn't work. It just tells me that I already have the latest control center installed.Brother also says that there might be some issue with using Bitdefende

    Windows 10 and the Brother Control Center 4

    I believe Brother is only maintaining the Control Center software on Windows 10 for some printer models. This is what I heard from the Brother support center (the model I was asking about was MFC-7420):

    Corey: There is, but not for this model. Based on the information I have, there are no plans to create software for Windows 10
    and this model.
