Windows 10: Why do I not have administrative access to games or apps?

I've had my pc for about a year and I've had some hiccoughs with viruses and ethernet troubles, but nothing a semi tech-smart guy like me can't solve. However me and my friend were trying to do the GTAV Cayo Perico heist. Allegedly there is a glitch where you get to keep the money but do not have to redo the preparations. I tried this on my ps4 before and it worked so I didnt think much about it. I did this by unplugging my ethernet cable and re-joining GTAV Online after it had kicked me out. However, instead of doing this, My game began to crash so I quickly left to not cause further damage.

Method 1: I suggest you to check if Built-in Administrator account is enabled. If so, try to disable.

Step 1: Follow the steps toDisable Built-in administrator.

• • Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
    
  • Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
    Command Prompt.
  • Type the following command and hit Enter:
  • net user administrator /active: no (Check for the spaces)
    

Restart the computer and check with the status of this issue.

Windows 10 Game Apps

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.
