Windows 10: Why did my bluetooth headset Jabra Elite 85h suddenly stop being recognized to have a mic...

This device worked flawlessly yesterday. This device currently connects to an older Windows10 laptop flawlessly. Today all of the sudden it doesn't work as a microphone device for any application.Unsure if this matters, feels to me that it does. Win11 Bluetooth shows "Connected mic, audio" however Win10 shows "connected voice, music"When I go to System>Soundunder Input I see my device "Headset Jabra Elite 85h"Click on it's ">" for properties Input settings - Format is blank, and the dropdown will not allow me to select anything.- Input volume is 0 - Test microphone - when I start a

Blue tooth abra elite 65T headset detected as headphone

Unpair and pair the Jabra Elite 65T again. Go to your computer's Bluetooth settings, and remove the Jabra Elite 65T from the list of paired devices. Then, put your headset in pairing mode and try pairing it again.

Update your Bluetooth drivers. Go to your computer manufacturer's website or the Bluetooth adapter manufacturer's website to download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers.

Try disabling the Hands-free AG Audio profile. In the Sound settings of your computer, right-click on the Jabra Elite 65T and select Properties. Go to the Services tab and uncheck the Hands-free AG Audio profile. Click Apply and then OK.

Check the default audio device settings. In the Sound settings of your computer, make sure that the Jabra Elite 65T is set as the default playback and recording device. Right-click on the Jabra Elite 65T and select Set as Default Device.

Try resetting the Jabra Elite 65T. Put your headset in pairing mode, then press and hold the button on the headset until the LED flashes purple.

Check for firmware updates for the Jabra Elite 65T. Go to the Jabra website and download the Jabra Direct software. Connect your headset to your computer and run the Jabra Direct software to check for firmware updates.

1. Check the audio settings in Teams:

. In Teams, go to Settings > Devices, and make sure your Jabra headset is selected for both the speaker and microphone.

. You can also check the audio output settings on your computer to ensure the correct audio device is selected.

2. Update the firmware on your Jabra headset:

. Check for any firmware updates available for your Jabra headset, and install them if there are any. This may help to improve the compatibility with Teams.

3. Disable other audio devices:

. If you have other audio devices connected to your computer, try disabling them to see if this resolves the issue.

. Sometimes having multiple audio devices enabled can cause conflicts.

4. Check your computer's Bluetooth settings:

. Make sure your Jabra headset is set as the default audio device for both the speaker and microphone in your computer's Bluetooth settings.

5. Disable Intel Smart Sound Technology

JABRA 30 II Headset No Longer Recognized

I am using a JABRA 30 II headset and have been for a few years. I am on Windows 10. Suddenly the device playback no longer works through the headset. It is no longer an option to be selected as a playback device. Meanwhile, the recording (mic) works
fine and remains an option.

I have the latest firmware for the device according to JABRA. I have rebooted. I have removed the device in CONTROL PANEL -> DEVICES AND PRINTERS and then plugged it in again so it would be recognized. None of this has worked.
