Windows 10: Why am I getting no internet connection

Ever since the new windows 11 24H2 update has been forced out I’ve been dropped to getting around 8-24kbps on when before it was rolled out I was getting from between 40-60mbps everything I’ve tried hasn’t resolved the issue or has made it worse I’ve tried using Ethernet and usb but the issue still persists throughout. I ran a diagnostic on it and it says it keeps disconnecting then reconnecting over and over and over again, this happened 30 times in a span of 5 minutes. Please help it’s made it really difficult to do anything.

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
