Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

I do not obtain to accede the contact list

It thanked help for the following :

Recently I tried to install in my Imate K-Jam, with Win Mobile 5, the software of " VITO Technology" , " Winterface" , " Fun Contact" , " SMS-Chat" e " Zoom Board". (This software is a suite of programs) The installation was not obtained. It must relate
that already it was not to obtain to install or to remove any program. The problem now is that I do not obtain to accede to the contact list. Whenever I try to see the list, of - me the following message: " The file " Fun Contact" cannot be opened. One of
it' s components cannot be found".

How it is that I can solve this?

Maybe I can make a backup of the contact filing-cabinet, that I do not make the minimum idea which is it, or if it exists, or where is it?

I intend one, of two things:

1- Or to recover the normal functioning of it, perhaps with software of recovery of errors, that I was thankful that me indication one.

2- Or to make backup of the contact list and next to make " hard reset".

It forgot already me to mention that also already I do not obtain to synchronize with the Outlook through Activesync 4.1.0., but I obtain to explore the content.

Contact names in contact list

I have a list of contacts in my outlook.live account that are listed in numerical order by office number, e.g. “101 Larry” “Smith” is the first and last name for Larry Smith in office 101. This method has always resulted in a perfectly numerically ordered contact list, until recently. Now, when I add Larry to my contact list, Outlook only shows Larry’s email address, no name, no office number. Any help / suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I’ve tried using customer support before, not looking forward to that ordeal again.
