Windows 10: White Outline of Annoyance

Every time I open the start by pressing the Windows Key, it opens the start, but then a white outline appears around the clickable: recently added. I've tried moving it, but it would only move specifically UP back to the clickable. This also happens when I'm able to get into settings, it'll go right up to the top of the tab. I've already tried resetting my PC, running DISM, and disconnecting my keyboard, but it all comes back to this. How do I get this to stop going up and how do I permanently remove it from happening?

Weird COD W@W graphic annoyance

I have a 4870 and run World at War at it highest setting. That has also brought about a strange graphic annoyance I haven't been able to tone down. Creeks, Streams , Ponds and large puddles have white outlines that flicker. Has any one else had this isssue and found out how to tone it out? I just finally got the patch sound problem worked out so now I'm playing it more and this for some reason really annoys me. Probably because when you pay $50 for a game and $300 for a video card you expect it to look right. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. *Smile

 

Black outlines of floating windows

Hi Nathan,

The issue might occur due to corrupted display drivers or incompatible drivers.

I suggest you to update display drivers from device manager and check if it helps.

To update the drivers, follow the steps below.

• 
  Type “Device Manager” in search box and press Enter.
  
• 
  Right click on the drivers for Display and Touchscreen and select Update.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

Weird white outline bug?

Hello, I'm having this issue where everything on windows 10 is being highlighted with a white outline, and it's spamming over and over again. I have restarted my pc 2 times and the problem persist. I can't even type in start menu to open my programs.

Windows version: Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.836)
