Windows 10: Where can i get windows 11 discs Or smth? No other computer to make media on..

Hi, Recently my computer stopped booting and it keeps popping up an error like this: Ive tried restoring bios settings to their defaults but that did Not work..now i think all i can do is use bootable windows 11 media to fix my computer. But heres the catchI dont have another computer to make installation media. I have a usb but no other computer to make the media on.So idk what to do pls help!!!Thanks, CoolNub

Installation media boots to command prompt

I've just booted from known working install media to see exactly what it does when booting. The sequence of events is...

1. Windows logo on a black screen
2. circling dots appear beneath the logo
3. light blue 'Please wait' screen with circling dots
4. a command prompt window (very briefly)
5. the initial Setup page appears

Do you see steps 1-3? If so, it appears you have stopped at step 4, suggesting that something on the disc cannot be read.

Does the disc boot properly in another machine? If so, try cleaning the laptop's drive lens then try booting from the disc again.

If not, make new install media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, either as a bootable USB, on an ISO that you can burn to another disc. At Step 8 in Option One of this tutorial you can choose between making a USB or an ISO.

Windows Media Player is unable to access media contents from disc.

• Did you check if the content of the disc is visible in the File Explorer view?
• Did you check if Windows Media Player is able to access media contents from other media devices (USB/disc)?
• Do you receive any related error messages or is it simply unresponsive?

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to place the computer in a Clean Boot state and check if there are any third party application/software to be causing the issue.

A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program.

Disc for windows 7 to run on windows 10

I suggest you to follow the below steps to read the Windows 7 disc and check if it helps.

• Insert Windows 7 disc.
• Press “Windows+E” which will open file explorer.
• There you will find the Windows 7 disc.
• Open the disc and copy the files anywhere on your computer, so that you can access the information from the disc.
