Windows 10: where can I find a windows 10 home iso?

I need windows 10 home. I purchased a new computer 2 years ago, which came with windows 10 home but when I took my computer to the repair shop about 1 year later , they put windows 10 pc pro on my computer. I can't activate this and it's causing problems.
I contacted Microsoft tech support and when they called me those horrible wretches had me wait over 136 minutes on hold and talking to them another 7 minutes to tell me I would be scheduled with an IT support 8 days later. I hung up in frustration dealing with these callus foreigners. The IT person will not provide the product key and my computer recognizes that I have a digital license for windows 10 home but how the heck do I reinstall this????

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
