    When will a fix be available? I cannot scan at all.


    We need a fix soon, as we are totally unable to scan from MFP. They did install and function properly before the 24H2 update. Now, all we can do is print.

    Hello,

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

    I suggest you to select your phone from the list of phones and then try to perform the troubleshooting steps provided in the link below. Check if it helps.

    The Patch you suggested worked well, and fast.
    Sure a lot easier than following 17 steps !

    Any idea when the new Patch for the new problem will be available ?

    Will it be posted here ? Where ?
