When I turn on my pc it's showing like this.Please help me Microsoft

Blue Screen of death

Woke up this morning to a business computer showing a blue screen with stop code: 0xc0000135. Have followed msoft suggestions to repair but can't get to safe mode as PC just shuts down and restarts with blue screen. Any ideas?
