Windows 10: When i plugin my charger my my laptop restarts automatically and then screen goes black but...

My laptop is hp g15 workstation my problem is when i plugin my charger my my laptop restarts automatically and then screen goes black but if i remove charger and then poweroff and restart my laptop screen works just fine

Hi need help my acer laptop screen goes black when I plug the charger in to charge it.

 

Laptop restarts automatically + black screen

Hello, please I need some assistance.

1- My laptop was off and then suddenly the fans starts running at full speed, I unplugged the charger.

2- Since that, the laptop have a black screen and restarts every 15 seconds.

3- The keyboard lights are on and the fans also and they stop during the restart process.

So far I tried to unplug the battery and run the laptop on the charger

*didnt fix the issue*

I tried to switch the ram and use one of the 2 sticks to detects a bad ram.

I connected the hdmi to another screen.

Please help me with this issue, my laptop is asus helios 300 2019.
