Windows 10: What to do after blue screen after migrating windows

Yesterday i migrated windows from my hdd to my new ssd. Everything went perfectly fine and the first time starting up everything worked perfectly, i could even play games. But after that i wanted to turn my pc off and it just kept restarting on its own. So i turned it off using the power button on the pcThis morning i wanted to turn on the pc again and i got a blue screen error code: 0xc000000e. I can only get into my bios and cant like safe start it or anything. Only thing i have tried so far is starting the pc with a usb with the windows installation on it, i tried to troubleshoout through

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
