Windows 10: What should i do to have good internet connection on my PC with no built in wifi?

I have google wifi in my house but im using an Ethernet adapter on my PC with no built in wifi and for the most part it works fine but during night itll get really slow sometimes and it isn't my wifi cause itll be fine on my phone etc. And i have a realtek USB wifi adapter but it doesn't connect for some reason and on a lot of the wifi adapters i see on amazon people usually seem to have some kind of problem with them one way or another. What should i do for better connection on my PC?

Relocated PC can't connect to internet

You don't need to sign in to connect to the WiFi at the new location. There is a network icon at the lower right on the sign in screen. Click on it and you get the same list of available WiFi as you see if you click the network icon on the task bar. You will be able to connect to the facility's WiFi without signing in. You just need to ask their technical people for the WiFi password so you can enter it when you try to connect.





Clicking on the network icon on the sign in screen gets you the same screen as shown in Option Four in this tutorial. You will then be able to follow the rest of the steps in Option Four to connect.

Connecting PC to wifi

I've recently built a pc and have added it to my gaming room/setup unfortunately it's upstairs and I'm not trying to drill holes through the floor or ceiling I just want to connect it to the wifi to access internet(obviously) any product suggestions would
be greatly appreciated

 

When will the wifi connectivity problems be solved?


OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?
