Windows 10: What is wrong with my Windows Start Menu search

Hi all,Hope you are doing well. I don't know why but since a few days, I have not been able to use the Start Menu Search. I have always been able to hit the Windows Key, type the name of whatever app I wanna launch and directly hit enter. It's working on all my other computer, but on this one, don't ask me why, it asks for me to make a selection I can't show you on the screenshot but when I hit enter, a message appears at the bottom like "Please make a selection."Basically it doesn't auto select the first available option, and even doesn't list the app first sometimes.I have already repaired

Hi, Yes. I tried changing my primary SSD from MBR to GPT via Ease Us Partition Tool. All my other drives besides the main successfully converted but not my primary disk. When the application was trying to convert the disk I received a Kernal In Page Error.

Start Menu Search not working

I followed the above step, did not work for me. Searching in start menu is very slow. Please suggest appropriate solution.
