Windows 10: What is the registry settings for "Configuring Windows > Settings on the Control Panel >...

I want to check the settings on "Configuring Windows > Settings on the Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Change Security and Maintenance settings" if the messages are on or off. May I know what is the exact registry path for each of the following? Control Panel Display Settings Missing

Hi,

I am currently studying for a cert exam. The instructor goes to Control

• Panel > Appearance and Personalisation.

In there, he has two items in the list that my version of control panel does not have.

• Personalisation
• Display

Why don't these appear in control panel? Is it due to an update? Could I have settings or policies that are configured differently that would enable them somehow?

I prefer control panel. I found it after digging around and sent a shortcut to start.

Questions:

1. I know MS is looking to get rid of control panel in favor of settings. However, is it possible to add control panel to the start right click list?

2. Is there a way to change settings display so it lists the traditional icons?
