Windows 10: what is RUXIM? W10 21H1

Windows 10 Pro 19043.1110 build 21H1I was looking around my C:\ drive looking for stuff I was no longer using in order to free up disk space, when I ran across a directory for a program I was unfamiliar with. the directory was 'C:\Program Files\RUXIM\' in the directory were a couple of DLL's and two executables: 'RUXIMICS.exe' and 'RUXIMH.exe'. the files are Microsoft signed, and the details for the .exe's say that the .exe's are "reusable UX integration Manager". the version of the files is 10.0.19041.1019. so it at least appears to be a part of the OS. I have never seen it before. the file

I suggest you to remove the account and re-add it.

Accidentaly Deleted W10 Update Files

I tried all the suggested steps but still no downloads running for W10.

I think I'll sleep and check again tomorrow morning.

Wait, but have you done the whole step-by-step guide described in the OP? DDL/DTS isn't supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 either, unless if you do the steps listed there.
