I just performed a full system files transfer from one computer to another, and I had to disable all tasks in task scheduler to do so. Now I am trying to enable them all again but I apparently don't have the permissions to enable Microsoft\Windows\DeviceDirectoryClient\IntegrityCheck even when running as administrator. \Microsoft\Windows\DeviceDirectoryClient\RegisterDeviceAccountChange task always fails

This scheduled task has never succeeded as far as I can tell. I see no adverse operational symptoms but the task history shows three information messages followed by two errors for every attempt, which seems to be every boot but I'm not sure.

I tried to disable the task but it won't allow me to do so. I don't know what it is supposed to do and can find nothing in searching the web for any explanation.

I am unable to find the DeviceDirectoryClient\RegisterUserDevice into task manager how can I resolve this issue due to my laptop I do not want to lost the windows that is installed from factory and
if I am resetting I also lost the files and updates which was upgrades from windows Microsoft 10 original site to my OS now help me in this case what is necessary steps for taking to rectify the issue. ( already I lost my device quantam q pulse 100S dualboot
