Windows 10: What is GamingServicesNet.exe & GamingServices.exe and why does it bring my Computer to a stop?

I first noticed these two 'apps' they behave like serrvices on my computer today. The reason was my computer was not responding and was neigh unusable. I had plenty of RAM but my disks were running at 100% and these were the culprits. Every attempt to shut them down and they would immediately restart.I can't find a description for what they do. Not only is no one from Microsoft not answering any support questions regarding them, the questions get locked within just a couple of days.Can someone tell me what they do and why I shouldn't try to uninstall?

The Xbox app can be uninstalled normally.

The second github link you posted doesn't say anything about gamingservices or gamingservicesnet.

 

Games won't open because GamingServices doesn't update

I've already looked at other answers, which said to go to regedit and delete the keys for GamingService and GamingServicesNet. I did that and it didn't work (games still wouldn't open), even after restarting the computer multiple times. So, after trying other methods and it not working, I reinstalled windows on the laptop, and even after that, the games still won't open. How to proceed? Do I try to delete GamingServices and GamingServicesNet again, even though it doesn't work before I reinstall Windows?

 

regser32.exe

Why do two instances of regser32.exe keep running on my Windows 10 computer using a lot of cpu capability? Further, every day I get notified of regser32.exe application errors. My computer used to go into a quiet mode when not in use and even cool down
after a time. Now it stays warm with regser32.exe running all the time. Any suggestions?
