Windows 10: What is causing me to keep having 0x00000139 BSOD errors?

So this is a fairly new laptop. I bought it last November just as a backup to my work computer. I used it for about a week in December with no issues. Then I put it back into its original box until I needed to use it again yesterday. First thing I did was download any new Windows 11 updates. It seemed find for several hours until I got a blue screen late last night. I then download several updates for drivers to see if that fixes whatever the issue was. I left it on when I went to bed and when I woke up, it had blue screened again at some point. It has happened another 5 times over the last 3

BSoD 0x00000139

Hi. I'm writing because I'm having a problem with my computer.

Lately I have experienced several BSoDs, each with different stop code, but they seems to be referring to one device error. I've reinstalled Windows but see improvement.

The most recent BSoDs contains the following info:

• 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffd0a50e4b220, 0xfffffd0a50e4b178, 0x0000000000000000)
• 0x00000109 (0xa39ffc5b07604826, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0508f85968ea7e46, 0x0000000000000101)

I'm in China and I don't know in what way I can send you the memory dump file and the event log.

Can you help me?

Hi All

I'm having BSOD errors with my PC on a daily basis.

It's only when I boot the machine for the first time, and always within the first few seconds, normally I wouldn't even get into the desktop before it crashes.

The machine then does the memory dump process, and then proceeds to boot normally.

I've reinstalled Windows, and I'm still having the same issue.

The machine has never blue screened while I've been using it, it's only on the first boot.

The only error I can see is - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd00024e37500, 0xffffd00024e37458, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9e9dd043-0a15-41fa-bc08-d29f18615c3a.

I have the dump files if they're necessary.
