what should i do if when i enter the production key it said is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

When I try to open notepad using the command prompt, the following line shows up:

I'm trying to run a command line in the Command Prompt. I'm running it as administrator, but I keep getting this error:

'$' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

I'm trying to import and authenticate a signing key, and they require a command line that starts with $, and for some reason it doesn't work.

Not sure what is happening. I've tried looking it up but none of the solutions fix my issue.

Well, the title explains it, i keep getting the error in "'explorer.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.", other sources say i should change the "%path% variable back, but i dont know how to change it back!
