Windows 10: What happened to my Microsoft Store purchases? They're gone!

I just discovered that a series which I bought on Microsoft Store is now missing from my library. I can still see the invoice but when I hit the link to the material I getWe are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.So I try support and I wind up on Help with Microsoft Store purchases. Which gives me a phone number to call. Where a stone age level AI asks me what the problem is. Eventually it decides I must be talking about XBOX and tells meThank you for calling Microsoft. For help with XBOX please visit us online at...I try to tell it isn't about XBOX but it drones on and then hangs u

Unable to purchase app in store

Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase  

So I guess my suggestion of calling Microsoft and telling them you can't activate your purchased OS from their store doesn't count? *Huh

 

Unable to Purchase anything on Windows Store

Whenever I am trying to purchase/upgrade any App in Store, I am getting an error as shown in the screenshot:





Please help suggest why this is happening, and how to rectify? Apps are downloading and updating absolutely fine. There is also no Issue with my account.
