Windows 10: What do i do to delete the account off? or just get rid of it?

i bought a new pc today from a guy on marketplace and when i went to sign into the pc it brought up his account which i dont have a password for. so i’m asking what can i do to take his account off the computer as i can’t log in and he dosnt respond to any messages.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings

  Press Windows
  key, click on Settings.

  Family and other users.

  Select the user you want to delete under
  Other users and click on Remove.

  Accept the UAC (User Account Control) prompt.
  
• 
  Select Delete account and data if you wish to delete account and the data and follow onscreen instructions.

  Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, select

  Type net user and hit Enter
  to list the user accounts on your device.

  Type net user "User account”
  /delete and hit Enter to delete the user account.
  

Step 3: Steps to Delete a User Account in Run command.

Delete Local account and How can I get rid of this "Microsoft Account"?

I understand that you are tryin to remove that Microsoft account password login. We will help you.

To guide you in the right direction, I need more information from the computer by answering the following questions:

• When you say, delete my Microsoft Account do you wish to switch to Local account from Microsoft account?
• Do you wish to delete the any other accounts which has been added?

We cannot delete Microsoft account when we have logged in to the system. However we can switch to Local account from MS account.

I suggest you to follow the steps on how to switch from Microsoft account to Local account:

• 
  Click on search
  in taskbar and type account.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts.
  
• 
  Now, under Your account, click on
  Sign in with Local account instead.
  
• 
  Enter your Microsoft account password
  for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
  
• 
  Enter User name credentials for your the Local account
  and click OK.

  Now, login to Local account.
