Windows 10: What can I do to get the " Getting Windows ready Dont turn off" keeps going around long time

Hello, I have windows 10 22H2 HDD and I saw the restart now button so i clicked it. but as soon as i clicked it i still saw 1 of the KB updates was still at 25% installing so now its just Getting ready for 45 minutes now. Is there any way I can get out of this getting ready dont turn off and see if that KB would finish installing then i hope the restart button will come back up or what can you help me to fix this?thanks for the help

I gave windows update, later it is restarted and showing getting windows ready dont turn off computer. Since more that 1 hour

 

Getting Windows Ready Don't turn off your computer

I tried all the steps suggested and finally had to perform a Reset on my Acer Laptop (no removable battery)with Windows 10. The next day the same thing happened again. The Getting Windows Ready, etc. kept spinning around for 4 hours. Did another Reset.
The next day the same thing happened again. The computer is now Resetting for the 4th time this week. I have a business to run and cannot have my computer either down or resetting all the time, can't get any work done. There must be another solution to
why Getting Windows Ready Don't turn off your computer keep spinning around.
