Windows 10: WF-XB700 Sony Bluetooth headphone connection issue with laptop Windows 10

Hello I recently bought a WF-XB700 Sony Bluetooth headphone which I loved using on my iPhone, but when I tried to use them on my laptop Windows 10 the voice would work for a few seconds then it cuts off for a few seconds and again starts working. This happen continuously like sounds are getting On & OFF . I tried reinstalling Bluetooth drivers and updating them but It got me nowhere. Also there are 2 options are appearing in sound device for same Bluetooth headphone to select WF-XB700 Stereo & WF-XB700 Hands-free AG audio. sounds work continuously without breaking but no bass pre

Sony bluetooth headphones have static when connected to Dell laptop

Hi, my Sony wf-1000xm4 headphones have a crackling, static noise when connected to my Dell G5 15 5590 laptop that's running Windows 10, they sound fine when connected to my phone, I also had a different model of Sony headphones (WF-C500) that did this as well. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Bluetooth headphones won't connect audio

I bought a new pair of Sony WF-1000XM3 headphones and have been trying to connect them to my computer but the audio wont connect. I already scoured the internet for a solution and tried every solution listed in this thread

Nothing has worked and I've tried every solution I can possibly find. The headphones connect to my phone and work fine there, but on my laptop (Windows 10) they will only connect voice.

 

Bluetooth Headphones can't connect to laptop

I use a Lenovo ThinkPad x131e which runs windows 10. I got sony xm5 wireless headphones. My laptop can't natively use bluetooth so I'm using a bluetooth adapter. I can't connect my headphones to the laptop. When I click "add bluetooth devices" the laptop searches for devices but it doesn't find my headphones. the headphones connect to my phone without any issues and my bluetooth mouse connects to the laptop without any issues. Is there a way to fix this?

I also read somewhere that my device has to be compatible with A2DP bluetooth. Would this be the issue?
