Windows 10: Weird thing pops up when i hit Win.

Imagine this: Your chilling, playing a game, then you get pinged on discord, you hit Win to check discord, then BAM, this pops up, https://imgur.com/a/YAiMAm2 , It still shows up when i HIT the win button, and i know that the win menu is still popping up in the left corner, but i cant interact with it! I need help getting this off my screen ASAP. i use windows 10 just in case

not sure it's been on the ULOD since late 2008. weird thing is the 850 or 750 HX is not listed.

weird problems with win 10

Did not help. When I tried this it it failed to boot. There was a "critical component failure" and the machine went into it's repairing and then when rebooting failed to restart in windows. I had an installed secondary drive with linux it went directly
to the secondary boot drive and started linux. I rebooted and used the "selective boot option" on the startup screen. When the "select drive" screen popped up there was not the correct name of the western digital drive listed for the windows drive but some
weird ztyas:ztyas:ztyas choice. I let it reboot to the Suse 42.2 os once again and mounted the windows drive within the linux os. I could access all the files on the windows drive within linux after it corrected a "file system error within ntfs". Went
and did some email and other web surfing within the linux based system. Shut down the system and came back two hours later. Used the selective boot option from the start up screen and the windows drive was now correctly identified and rebooted to win X.
And things seem to be working.
