Windows 10: website passwords or user names come up as wrong

I have installed a new hard drive and windows 10, but when accessing websites that require a user name and password it comes up as name or password incorrect. Can anyone help with this? I have verified password and user is correct and correctly input.

To assist you better, I would like to know whether the accounts are local account or Microsoft account. Are you trying to remove the login password?

If you are trying to remove the login password, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press windows key + R to open command prompt, and type "netplwiz"
• Uncheck "user must enter user name and password to use this computer", then click "ok"
• Enter your user name and password, then click "ok"
• Restart your computer.

I would like to inform you that it is recommended to activate the password for security reasons.

website admin CP states wrong password.....

so...when i set the dbpassword to get into the websites admin CP, it keeps telling me that i have a wrong password when i try to login to the site's admin CP. wot?
