Windows 10: W11 Photo App seems to be limited to 50 folders -can this be right?

I am setting up a new pc and adding my photo folders to the Photos app. All going fine - if laborious - but now, when I select the next folder to add, nothing happens and I suspect that it is because I now have 50 folders added.With many people having 1000's of photos, probably across multiple folders, thaty can't be right surely?Can anyone shed light on this please?

Quick access 50 count limit

There seems to be a limit of 50 folders that can be displayed in Quick access. If you pin more than 50 they do not display, but on unpinning a different folder the 51'st shows up as the last one (50th) on the list.

How can more than 50 folders be displayed?

 

How do I move photos from the my photo app to the pictures folder on the C drive?

  Open Photo App.
  
• 
  Select the photo and right click on the photo.
  
• 
  Select Open Folder.
  
• 
  From there you will be able to copy all the photos to C: drive

when i try to right click to rename a photo in windows 10 the option is not there
