    VPN Slow Network Speeds


    We have been experiencing issues with users having internet connection speeds dropping to <1Mbps download speeds when connecting to the company VPN.It started when the Windows security update KB5026372 was installed. We were initially able to fix the issue by uninstalling that update, but now we are experiencing the same issue when the update doesn't appear to be installed.We tried connecting to the VPN with a machine that was freshly imaged and had nothing but the VPN configured on it. The issue was still happening.This has been very disruptive to us conducting business and we have had t

    I appreciate you efforts in troubleshooting the system issue.

    I suggest you to please follow the below steps to fix the network issue:

    • Press Windows logo key + X key, and select
      Command prompt (Admin).
    • Type netsh winsock reset and press
      Enter.
    • Type netsh int ip reset and press
      Enter      .
    • Type ipconfig /release and press
      Enter      .
    • Type ipconfig /renew and press
      Enter      .
    • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the system after performing above steps.
