Windows 10: VOUCHER ??

Hi, I have purchased a 3 Month £17.99 Xbox Live voucher and every time I successfully type the code in too redeem it. I just freezes & does not progress any further. I need assistance please thankyou.

Hi recently i have been recieving loads of different shop vouchers and gift vouchers .i have tried to block them but they are still getting through they are from every retailer . how can i get rid of them please .

The currency depends on the country. If you are getting an error message, you may try these steps and then check if you will be able to redeem the voucher successfully:

• Try to press and hold both the volume down and the power button for 10 seconds.
  
• Try deleting the phone's browser history. To do this, open the Internet Explorer > tap on ellipsis (...) > Settings > Delete history.
  
• Try switching the connection between the Wi-Fi and the cellular data connection.
  
• You may also try changing the phone's country/region to one of the Europe countries.
  

**NOTE: You should be able to redeem now the voucher once you have verified your phone's settings are all correct. :smileyhappy:
