  1. Volume on headphones won't go above a certain level

I installed Win 11 a few months ago and since they I can't turn the volume up above a certain level 37. It's frustrating because I want to turn up my speakers more so I can enjoy my music. I have a Samsung laptop that had Windows 10 on it and it worked fine back then. Help! It's so annoying.

tab and you will now see Microphone and

My left headphone randomly lowers it's volume.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forums.

    • What is the make and model of the headphone?

This could be due to the change in Balance levels of the playback device. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

    • Right click the sound icon on the taskbar and choose
      Sounds
      .
    • Select your headphone, and click on Properties.
    • Click on Balance under Levels
tab, adjust Left and Right to the same levels.
    • Save the changes and check if the issue persists.

    Hope it helps.

  4. Volume on headphones won't go above a certain level

Volumes in my laptop speaker and headphones are at different levels

The sound volume in my laptop speaker and headphones are at different levels. For example if I have a
speaker volume at 20%, then I plug in the headphones, it could be something like 70%. When I disconnect the headphones, the speaker volume gets back to 20%
