Windows 10: Visual C++ Crashes Games

I have been threw all the forums. Nothing...Not thinking, but it started a few months ago. Games started to crash. Could not figure it out. Did everything.Updated Video card even bought a new one. Updated windows and the games and verified the games.Still crashing any game I played on steam. Broke down and reinstalled windows. So all new drivers every were.I installed 4 of the games I play the most. Played one for a day or two. Ran very well was happy. Until....I went to play another game it wanted to install C++. I thought for a sec and said to myself it's from MS, it's ok.Well I played for a
